After receiving the Lord into his heart, he joined Tabernacle Witness Deliverance Church, Clewiston, FL, with his sister, under the leadership of the late Prophetess (Mother) Bernice Woodard. The Brothers at Tabernacle were instrumental in guiding Brother Earley in the scripture and the way of the Lord. Brother Earley had a hunger for more of God and was constantly fasting, praying, and studying the scriptures.

In the spring of 1986, Evangelist R. G. Williams, Sr. came into town. He pitched his Crusade tent in Harlem of Clewiston, FL along with his Crusaders for Christ. This revival proved to be life-changing for Brother Willie and had a lasting impact in the South. One night while listening to a message being preached about the character of the eagle. Something quickened in Brother Willie that God had more in store for him. The revival ended, but the seeds had been planted Evangelist Williams had fulfilled his assignment.

After, the revival ended Brother Willie Earley was still meditating on the message about the eagle. While in prayer, God spoke to him to leave and find the Man of God and follow him wherever he goes. Brother Willie along Brother Ronald Coleman packed their bags and went to Ocala, Florida looking for the man of God. They arrived to find out that he was in Tallahassee, Florida (Woodville) in a Revival at one of his churches. Having never been to the church or in the area by the grace of God they made it to the church. This was the beginning of the bond between Brother Earley and the man of God.

Brother Willie joined the Choir and started traveling with the man of God. At times he would be his personal driver. As Time passed. Brother Willie and Evangelist Williams were back in Tallahassee when they experienced a Divine encounter. They were approached by a gentleman who confirm Evangelist Williams calling as an Apostle. At the same time God confirmed to Brother Willie that He has spoken to him to follow the Apostle. After having the encounter Brother Willie and Apostle talked about the visitation. They went looking for the man, but he was nowhere to be found and neither of them has seen him unto this day.
